Banjay International handles all customs clearance processes on all items/cargo/material in strict conformity at time of arrival in Nigeria but not limited to NCS, NAFDAC, NDLEA, SON and other regulatory Government Agencies.

Document relating to consignment must be received and checked to ensure requirements are properly defined and well documented. The document control system enables all documents to be traced & expedited through the system, from the approval process to its final destination in the filling system. All document essential to the consignments to be cleared are received, approved and issued in accordance with the approved procedures. The procedure ensures that the relevant documents are available at the location where the operations are to be performed.

The document control system shall be structured that:
- Documents are received and approved for adequacy by authorized Personnel prior to use
- Documents are approved for issue to the relevant people.
- Each document is recognized by an issue number and issue date.
- Records are to be maintained as to the current status of document and to whom formal issue has been made.
